Navneet Agarwal, the son of Suresh, joined the business officially in 2012. Being connected to the business since he was born (the father named the company after him), his passion built in him as a Kid when he used to take part in the local Gem Shows. Seeing this passion, the father brought his eldest son into this business to carry on the legacy of Navneet Gems. Since then Navneet has not only done various Gem courses around Bangkok, but also completed successfully a full time course at GIA to finally finish as a Graduate Gemologist at GIA. Being a Gemologist, it helps him to understand the internal world of the Gemstones, their Origins, Treatments and customer satisfaction to a different level. Doing it from the Carlsbad Campus in the USA, helped him to see first hand, the American market of Gems and Jewelry.
