1) Returns are NOT accepted unless there is a serious valid reason or the quality is completely different from what you expected or asked for. If the only reason is valid enough then we accept, because we put in 100% effort to meet the requirements of our customers.
2) The Gems should be in the same condition as we had sent out. Then we refund back the money.
3) Customer pays for Shipping charges in case of Return of Order.
4) Returns should be made within the next 3 days after receiving the goods.

5) We do not accept returns on custom orders from customers, sorry it takes us weeks to make custom orders, and returning them is of no value to us, as it was customized and made especially on customer demands.
