The experience of visiting the mines was surreal. Before diving into the product we always learn more about the gemstone and how it is mined is extremely important to us. As manufactures we always want to be transparent to our clients where we are sourcing our rough or if it has gone under any treatment. Then, the next step is cutting which is all done in-house at the NGM factories.
